Robert Lee Gullo

Robert Lee Gullo, 79, of Springfield, passed away on Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Generations of Lincoln in Lincoln, IL.

Robert was born on July 7, 1940 in Springfield the son of Jasper and Esther Murphy Gullo.  He married Shirley Magee, May 1978 in Springfield.

Robert had been the owner of Quality Service Plumbing since 1960.  He enjoyed 25 years of racing with his son Lance.  He and his wife, Shirley, had traveled the world.  He was of the Catholic Faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald Gullo; and sister, Sylvia Gullo.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley of Springfield; sons, Lance and Kenny Gullo both of Springfield; daughters, Amy Gullo and Kathleen Bandy both of Springfield; sister, Bernadette (Tom) McCoy of Springfield; two brothers, John and Dennis Gullo both of FL; brother-in-law, Roy Magee of Springfield; fifteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation will be accorded.  No services are scheduled at this time.
