So sorry to hear of our "neighbor" passing. We had many conversations with Vicki and what stood out in her mind the most was the time she lived on the Lake in Springfield, and of course, her enjoyment of teaching our Illiopolis childen. Vicki will be missed but she is going to a better place. May God hold her in his hand!
