Robert Griffin Obituary

Robert Lee Griffin, 80, of Illiopolis, IL passed away at his home on December 29, 2020.

He was born in Princeton, IN on April 13, 1940 the son of Donald Carl and Lena (Beckwith) Griffin.

He married Kay Collins on August 10, 1969 and she preceded in him in death.

As a young man, he served in the United States Air Force. Robert retired from AT&T (Illinois Bell) after 31 years. Robert is survived by two daughters, Michelle (Brent) Moore and Kimberly Griffin; and 1 grandson Elias Moore.

Cremation services are being accorded by Fullenwider-Park Funeral Home in Illiopolis, IL. Robert will be laid to rest next to his wife at Camp Butler National Cemetery in a private family ceremony where Robert will receive military honors.
