Robert Patrick, 61, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on June 16, 2017, at his residence.

Robert was born February 1, 1956 the son of Gene and Carole Moore Patrick. He married Beth Pollard on November, 12, 1982.

Robert was a Christian County Deputy retiring after 29 years. He had also worked as a security guard for St. John’s Hospital.  He was a member of South Tower Community Church in Dawson and an ordained minister.  Helping people was always his goal in life. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father; father-in-law, Ted Pollard; and several aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife, Beth; son, Charles Robert (Samantha) Patrick; daughter, Kathryn (Zachary) Peel; mother, Carole Patrick; sister Connie (Bill) Frank; mother-in-law, Joanne Pollard; three brothers, Donald, Terry, and Bryant; three grandsons, Walker, Colton, and Sawyer; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017 at Wilson Park Funeral Home in Rochester. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June, 20 at South Tower Community Church with Reverend Charlie Carver officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Mt Auburn.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Auburn Fire Department or South Tower Community Church.
